Rick Di Mascio is the Founder and Co-CEO of Inalytics, one of the pioneers in the field of decision analytics with its award winning, patented DECSIS™ framework. The company specialises in identifying investment skill for Asset Owners and Managers in some 14 countries.

Rick is a well-known author of respected research papers, including the influential Behavioural Finance academic paper, published in the Journal of Finance, Selling Fast, Buying Slow[1].

Prior to establishing Inalytics, Rick held a number of senior positions, including CIO of the £25bn Coal Schemes and at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
