Rick Di Mascio is Chief Executive and founder of Inalytics. Prior to establishing the company, he was the Managing Director and CIO of CINMan, the in-house fund manager for the Coal Schemes, and then Head of the UK Unit at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Rick has also held the positions of Director of Olympus Capital Management, a European long/short hedge fund manager, and Executive Director of IMIGest, the leading Italian mutual fund company. Graham Dixon joined Inalytics in 2009. He graduated in 1979 with a BSC joint-honours in Computer Science and Economics, and received an MBA (Dist.) in Finance from the City University Business School in 1989. Prior to joining Inalytics he was a Managing Director and Head of European Transition Services. His investment industry career includes; risk measurement at Barra International and quantitative investment management, derivatives, transition management and alternative investments at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM). He was a founder and leader of the first specialist transition management team in Europe. Graham was the instigator and driver behind the T-Charter initiative (best practice standards for transition managers). Peter Doyle, Company Secretary – Peter joined the team in 2001 and is company secretary. His responsibilities include providing support to the business on operational issues. Peter has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Amanda J. Field, Managing Director, Asia/Pacific – Amanda, based in Melbourne, joined the company in 2006. Amanda is responsible for business development, client services and support for the Asia Pacific client base. Amanda has worked in financial services for more than 15 years and has worked in major financial centres including Boston, London, Toronto and Luxembourg. She holds an MBA from Monash University. She is currently a member of the Victorian Women in Super (WIS) Committee, the WIS National Newsletter Committee and the ASFA Investment Discussion Group. In 2009, Amanda became an ASFA Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Olajide Jaiyesimi, Software Engineer – Olajide handles all client data processing, client project management, business requirement analysis, data-cleansing, database design, implementation, processing and software testing. Olajide has a Bsc in Information Systems Designs from Kingston University and joined Inalytics as a graduate trainee software Analyst in 2006. He is an associate member of the British Computer society. Alessandro Lunghi, Director, Client Services – Sandro worked in the fund management industry for 15 years specialising in quantitative analysis & European equities, with responsibilities for managing portfolios, sector analysis and client servicing. His current responsibilities include interpretation of client data and value-added consulting services. Sandro is an Associate Member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (SIP). Lisa Mackay, PA to CEO – Lisa joined the company in 2009. She has extensive experience in business administration and within the financial services industry. Lisa A. Manuele, CEO North America – Lisa joined Inalytics in July 2008. She previously held the position of Global Division Head of BNY ESI Global Transition Management and CEO of BNY ESI London. Previous to those appointments, Lisa founded GENA Inc. the first woman owned International brokerage firm in the USA. Lisa ran GENA Inc for 10 years, ultimately selling it to The Bank of New York in 2000. Lisa also held the position of EVP at the ESI Brokerage Division of Morgan Stanley. Giles McArdell, Operations Manager – Giles is responsible for the development and design of software and databases. His previous experience includes technical systems design and development within retail companies, database management, computer maintenance and network installations. Tony Ruben, Development Manager – Tony is the Project Manager for the company. As well as planning, tracking and supervising the day-to-day running of the development projects, Tony's main duties include high level and detailed design, SQL and testing. He has vast experience of working in financial software development at all levels from programmer, designer and project manager. Malcolm Smith, Head of Research – Malcolm joined Inalytics in July 2006 having previously been Global Head of Performance Analysis at ABN Amro Asset Management where he was responsible for developing all aspects of investment performance analysis. Between 1994 and 1999 he worked for Rothschild Asset Management in various capacities, including being Global Head of Performance Analysis. He has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and is an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals and an External Examiner for Masters Degrees in Investment Management at London Metropolitan University. |
